practice that has shaped Balinese agriculture for centuries.After the walk, continue to Kubu
Terrace, a peaceful organic farm nestled within the rice fields. You’ll be
welcomed into a traditional Balinese kitchen, where the aromas of fresh herbs
and spices fill the air. Guided by a local chef, you will participate in a
hands-on cooking class using organic ingredients either harvested from the farm
or sourced from nearby villages.
You'll prepare and cook several
classic Balinese dishes, including:
Lawar (mixed vegetables with grated coconut)

leaves)
